OCMC Delivers Holiday Cheer to Santa Ana Math Club

Orange County Math Circle members Alex, Sean, Vincent, Kelly, Arjun, and Johnny traveled to Santa Ana for another successful day of learning on December 11, 2010.  Due to growing enrollment, the Santa Ana Math Club has expanded from 2 to 3 classrooms to allow more specific training.  Alex and Sean took the 6th and 7th grade class, Vincent and Arjun headed up the 5th grade class, and Kelly and Johnny took the 4th grade class.  This session focused on decimals and fractions and reinforced the students' school material with more advanced problems.  OCMC prepared Christmas goody bags for all the students at the end of the session.
