Initiated and organized by student volunteer James Liao, the 2010 Orange County Math Circle Summer Math Tournament for students grades 3-8 will be held from 1-4pm, Friday, August 27 at Irvine Chinese School, 9 Truman, Irvine, CA 92620.
The event is designed to challenge students' mathematical abilities and promote students' interactions during the summer vacation. The students will participate in written contests and math games. Top students will receive trophies.
Volunteer opportunities are also available for enthusiastic high school students. Please contact James Liao at Orange County Math Circle.
